Internet day trading has been taken by storm by people trading binary options. Binary options are a little known but fast growing form of high risk / high return investment - and day-traders simply can’t get enough of them.
“I can’t get enough action, I trade my up to my limit on Google binary options every day,” said one trader at a local internet cafe. Watching over his shoulder I could see why… he was about to reign in a whopping 75% return on investment… in under an hour! Now in fairness to my successful friend here his risk was total. Had his binary option on Google gone sour he would have received 15 cents on every dollar invested. That’s generous… on most options when you’re out of the money you get zip.
Currently only a limited number of binary option securities are available to trade, as the counter-party must be able to work with ultra-liquid stocks and indices in order to work their end of the investment trade. Forex binary option securities are also available on a limited basis, but most of the major forex cross rates are represented.
Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going to grab another latte and start trading binary options like my pal here.
